Refund and Returns Policy

Texas Apex FRD-3 is committed to delivering high-quality products. Please review the following Returns and Warranty terms carefully before placing an order.

All Sales Final

Due to the nature of the products sold, all sales are final. Texas Apex FRD-3 does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed, except where explicitly required by law.

Eligibility for Return Consideration

In limited circumstances, Texas Apex FRD-3 may, at its sole discretion, review return requests related to:

• Items received in a damaged condition

• Items that are defective upon arrival

Any request for consideration must be submitted within 72 hours of delivery and must include clear photographic evidence of the issue.

Approval of any return request is not guaranteed.

Unauthorized Returns

Returns sent without prior written authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at the customer’s expense or disposed of without refund.

Warranty Coverage

Texas Apex FRD-3 products are sold as is and without warranties, express or implied, except where prohibited by law.

No warranty is provided for:

• Normal wear and tear

• Improper installation or use

• Modification or alteration of the product

• Use outside of lawful purposes

• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or negligence

Limitation of Liability

Texas Apex FRD-3 shall not be responsible for any incidental, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use any product.

The customer assumes all responsibility and risk associated with the purchase, possession, and use of any product.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting Texas Apex FRD-3 may result in permanent refusal of future service.

Texas Apex FRD-3 reserves the right to dispute any chargeback that violates these policies.

Policy Updates

Texas Apex FRD-3 reserves the right to update or modify this Returns and Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on this page.
