Order Processing

Texas Apex FRD-3 reserves the right to delay, refuse, or cancel any order at its sole discretion.

Shipping Methods

Shipping methods and carriers are selected at checkout or at the discretion of Texas Apex FRD-3. All shipments include tracking unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Restrictions

It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that any product ordered is legal to purchase, possess, and receive within their jurisdiction.

Texas Apex FRD-3 does not ship products to states or jurisdictions where such items are restricted or prohibited by law. Orders placed from restricted locations will be canceled without notice and payment will be refunded at our discretion.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Texas Apex FRD-3 is not responsible for delays, losses, or misdeliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

Orders returned due to address errors may require additional shipping fees for reshipment.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Texas Apex FRD-3 is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, regulatory actions, or other factors beyond our control.

If a shipment is lost in transit, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly using the provided tracking information. Texas Apex FRD-3 may assist at its discretion but is not responsible for carrier outcomes.

International Shipping

Texas Apex FRD-3 does not offer international shipping. All orders must be placed with a valid shipping address within the United States that is not located in a restricted state or jurisdiction.

Orders submitted with international addresses will be automatically canceled.

Discreet Packaging

All orders are shipped in discreet packaging with no external indication of contents.
