Texas Apex Mail-In Order Instructions
Customers who prefer a private, offline purchasing method may place an order through our mail-in system. Mail-in orders are processed manually and no customer data is recorded.
Payment Method
Texas Apex accepts money orders and cash only (cash is not recommended and Texas Apex is not responsible for missing cash) for all mail-in orders.
We do not accept personal checks, business checks, or electronic payments for mail-in orders.
Important:
When preparing the money order:
• Complete only the purchaser section
• Leave the “Pay To” field blank
This ensures proper processing and prevents payment errors.
Customer Information Required
Include the following inside your mail-in envelope:
• Return shipping info
• Email address (optional)
• Phone number (optional)
• Product name(s) and quantity requested
• Money order prepared as instructed
No additional personal details are needed.
Recommended for Convenience and Privacy
Customers may include a prepaid, self-addressed shipping label inside their mail-in order.
If a prepaid label is not included, Texas Apex will generate one through our standard carriers for a fee of $10.00 that will need to be added to the money order amount or cash payment. If the shipping fee is not included then the order will not ship. Orders ship USPS or UPS only
Order Processing
After your mail-in order is received:
Payment is verified
Your requested product is assigned for fulfillment
A physical receipt is placed inside your package as proof of purchase
Your order is shipped
Mail-in orders enter the normal fulfillment queue after verification.
Record Handling
Mail-in transactions are handled manually and are not entered into marketing systems, automated customer accounts, or digital sales databases.
A printed receipt included in your shipment serves as your proof of purchase.
Shipping Restrictions
Texas Apex will not process or ship any order to restricted states.
Orders originating from or addressed to the following states cannot be fulfilled:
CA, CT, DC, DE, FL, HI, IA, IL, MD, MN, NJ, NY, OR, RI, WA
Orders from these states will be returned unprocessed.
